The double swords that you get from the girl you fight at the arena are my favorite weapons. One you upgrade them all the way, no one can touch you hand to hand. Ok, enough with the lesson, the best part about Jade Empire has to be the combat. Of course, you gotta have multiple ways to fight, so enter the different styles of Jade Empire. I won't be explaining the upgrades, but just remember that the upgrades just make the styles faster and more powerful. Death's Razor is, of course, Death's Hand's combat style. It's a little tricky to use, but extremely powerful. It can only be acquired through combat, though. The Morning Stars are new. It's the double hammer style you encounter exactly once in the entire game. These are weapons that are truely worthy of a spirit monk. The best starting style is Leaping Tiger, but the best one overall is easily Jade Golem. It's immune to everything except Weapon Styles.

A court of thorns and roses free epub. While you wield these weapons you enter a state between life and death. That makes you as immune to weapons and support styles as ghosts are. The Morning Stars are also the only weapon you can use against ghosts.
